Hayden Panettiere is quite happy being a role model for teenage girls — as long as they realize she isn’t perfect.
The Heroes star says although she tries to stay well-behaved she can’t guarantee she will stay out of trouble and she wants everyone to remember that. “I think the only problem with attempting to be a role model is the fact that you just want to go, ‘okay, I’ll be a role model for you. I’d love to, but don’t expect me to be perfect because I’m not and I do screw up and I do make mistakes and I can’t always think of everyone else and what they’re going to say’. “Because at the end of the day the only person you can make happy is yourself. No matter whether it’s wrong or right or looks good or looks bad, somebody will hate it. Somebody will.” The 19-year-old recently revealed that she was bullied at school. “I was never the popular girl. I actually thought the worst was middle school, it was all about where you sat in the lunchroom,” she said. “And it was one of the most traumatizing experiences for me. I was absolutely tortured. “I remember going to sit with the popular kids for the first time because one girl invited me over and one of the guys pulled the chair out from underneath me before I sat down and everyone started laughing. Hayden Panettiere heats up the red carpet at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday evening (May 31) in Universal City, Calif.
The 19-year-old actress wore a classy black Emanuel Ungaro dress, Bally “Welton” platform peep-toe slingbacks in black satin, and Van Cleef and Arpels jewels. During the show, Hayden and Big Pak presented the Orbit WTF award to Amy Poehler. After he brief trip to France for the Cannes Film Festival Hayden is back in the U.S. Where she attended last night's Guys Choice Awards, which were being handed out by Spike TV.

 Hayden Panettiere and rumored new boyfriend Steve Jones instantly knew they wanted to be together, claims a source. “It was lust at first sight,” the insider tells Us Weekly magazine.The Heroes star, 19, and Jones, 32, were first linked in early May when they were spotted having dinner together. The fueled the rumors by spending a day on a yacht together in Cannes. “Hayden seemed to be having the time of her life. So, let's start with hot news from Hayden! :) Stars getting tattoo’s in foreign languages isn’t new, but unlike the general public stars usually get the spelling on their tattoos right. Hayden Panettiere is the exception. Panettiere has a tattoo down her side reading “Vivere senza rimipianti,” which is suppose to be Italian for ”Live without regrets.” Except for one small thing: Rimipianti is not the correct spelling. Hayden Panettiere, clad in a tailored Burberry trench and green off-the-shoulder Armani Exchange dress, has apparently learned a thing or two from making the party rounds and would like to develop a few fashion projects in the future. But for now she’s focused on finishing a documentary for a Save the Whales awareness campaign. “We’re really trying to do something like ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ but for the oceans,” said the “Heroes” actress, who’s trying to secure additional financing for the project. Hayden Panettiere (Heroes) may be looking to expand her horizons beyond acting. Word is she is pitching a TV college drama around town that focuses on a female athlete who plays tennis. Though Panettiere is not looking to star, her timing is good: It has been a while since one of the broadcast networks aired a college-based drama that was worth watching (we miss you, Felicity, but not you, The Bedford Diaries). Panettiere, who is expected to return for another season of Heroes in the fall, is set to costar in the movie I Love You, Beth Cooper this summer. [SOURCE]

Lots of screen captures from last night's Heroes episode have been added to the gallery (which now holds more than 29,000 pics!). Heroes is really getting back on track lately- giving Claire and Nathan more face time with each other was a great idea. I thought this storyline worked out incredibly well last night.

I know it's been a while. But I was simply too busy to keep up with the fast Heroes pace. Now things have slowed down a little and I was able to add over 1,200 Heroes screen caps to the gallery. Hayden attended another inaugural party in D.C. yesterday. Jessica Alba was also among the many celebrity guests.
They were both big supporters of Barack Obama in the recent Presidential Election, and last night (January 18) Jessica Alba and Hayden Panettiere were all about celebrating the upcoming Inauguration. The “Good Luck Chuck” babe and her “Heroes” partner-in-crime were both spotted at the Declare Yourself event in Washington DC, posing for the paparazzi and having a marvelous time.
